Was searching for 6 months for a truck that I thought was inspected carefully and serviced. Come to find out a quick fix was done to transmission just to make it seem like it was serviced and 2 bolts were out of manifold. Someone didn’t do their job on inspecting the truck and now I’m out $3600. I just thought they would take some responsibility but nothing was done except they told I should have gotten the warranty.

Service department is absolute trash. They sell you on the gimmick that the $20 Virginia State safety inspection is "free" for the life of the vehicle. What they don't tell you is, you can't get an appointment, and when you walk in to get what should be a simple safety inspection, it can take hours. If you offer that specific service, it should be a quick in/out process, just like every other inspection station in the State.
