I am really frustrated that every visit I am told we will talk next time about my bite and position of teeth because first we have to deal with the problem at hand....route canal again, again, again and again, tooth extraction, front tooth needed to be replaced 4 times, TMJ etc. but I believe all of these problems stem from my teeth not aligning at my mid-point and not fitting my mouth. All Smiles Care is the place which I have seeking for years. All of the staff are attentive, articulate and ready to help the patients. I never felt like I was interrupting the " Koffee klatch". My experience through out was amazing. I have a few medical problems which complicate dental work. Dr. Imm understood the conditions and is willing to assist me . He is very personable , educated and caring.
This visit was a whopper but I survived. Dr Imm and Robyyne always make sure I'm doing ok.
I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr. Imm & his staff have made it a much better experience. Everyone is so friendly and they make you feel like family!
Fit me in for a same day appointment on short notice. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr.Imm was quick to diagnose and treat the issue. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr.Imm and his excellent staff have earned my trust and my business. Highly recommended.
