I came in worried about a pain I had been experiencing. Everyone really helped me to feel at ease and taken care of. I would recommend this location to everyone.
Holly is always so pleasant and tuned in to any sensitive issues with her patients. She does an excellent job, explains all procedures and makes each appointment a good experience.
Holly is not only a great hygienists she treats you as a very special long time friend. She is special. Going to All Smiles is like returning home to a loving family after a 6 months absence. When one walks in the door you are greeted with a friendly smile from Bess and that warmth is there with each employee one encounters. I really feel cared for. I believe all the employees represent how Dr. Imm feels about his patients. My teeth are happy too.
Well as usual Holly was excellent. She has a new "trick" for those of us who do not keep our mouth open wide enough during the cleaning. She tells stories of swimming with the SHARKS, which scares the heck out of me and my mouth is wide open!!!! After she finishes she says they were only dolphins. Stories about fish that swim with fins sticking out of the water makes me gasp. The bottom line my teeth are as clean as a shark. Great job Holly
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Even though it had been way too long since I had been to a dentist and had a cleaning, I was not made to feel ashamed or bad! The time that Holly took initially in the office asking questions and talking with me helped to put me at ease. It felt like no one was rushing to get to their next appointment and that any questions I had were important.
You folks were wonderful. You were all pleasant and walking around with smiles on your faces.. Plus you laughed at all my bad jokes that I told.
Staff and facility are excellent. Have been going here for years.
As always, everyone there is keenly aware of of everything that may be a sensitive issue with their patients, and always ask if what they have in mind for the next step is OK. They keep you fully informed and involve you in the planning process for your care. I do enjoy that a number of their procedure rooms have windows that open to the woods and lawn which I personally find much nicer than watching traffic or seeing the wall of another building.
Super service, as usual !
