I've had two appts now and both times everyone from the receptionist to the dental tech to the dentist have been a pleasure to talk to. Everyone that works there seems to greet you with a smile. My first impression is very favorable!
What more can I say about the best dentist? Super, super. During my 74 years, never had such a great experience going to the dentist. It's a family reunion ever time I get my teeth cleaned. special shout out to Amanda for keeping me on track.
Amanda is always charming, professional and ready to help. You can tell she is dedicated to her clients and her profession.
Great as usual. Although I didn’t like hearing I had a cavity growing, therefore, an up coming drilling & filling. LOL! Everything was great..
As always, a most pleasant experience. Everyone is very personable and friendly, with a caring approach to each patient. I would recommend them highly!
I found the staff to be warm and welcoming. The place was clean and my appointment ran on time which was nice. I do think that this dentist office is more expensive then others in the area. The other dislike I had was the constant text messages & email appointment remidees were annoying. Over all I had a good experience and would refer others to consider using them!
Dr. Imm gave me a last-minute appointment because I was in a lot of pain. He listened, gave me a brief exam, and educated me on the best course of treatment for my TMJ. All of the staff, Dr. Imm included, were very compassionate and kind, and the office was clean and fully stocked with everything I could need!
Dr. Imm and Joan were especially careful as they worked on my tooth today. The temporary crown was a perfect fit and I am happy that I took the time to take care of the tooth that was needing repair.
It’s been a long time since I’ve had to come in for anything other than cleaning. Before discovering All Smiles the thought of having any dental procedure would have kept me up at night. Much to their credit, my phobia is gone. No delaying, nerves or sleepless nights. Thanks Dr. Imm.
