New office staff every other week who are unknowledgeable about park policies and rules. They'll gladly ream you for more money, for whatever they can think of. Good luck getting maintenance out to fix anything. Our leasing agent lied about getting things done, we still do not have a trashcan for trash pick-up. Curfew not implemented. Charges $50 to cut small yards, and don't even do a good job at it. Charged us for days we were not living in trailer because it was uninhabitable at the time.
