Its full of nothing but drug dealers the grounds is full of dirty needles
This place is the pits I can't wait to move out of here they parking sucks some trailers only have one parking then they tell you can buy another one for 150.00 then you can park at the office no security. I've been here for three years and nothing has gotten any better can't wait to move out this place.

They stole my $800 deposit from me and didn’t even have a mobile home for me, disgrace fraudulent company
This place is incredible!! Had to relocate to the area on a last min. Job transfer. Angela went above and beyond to help us get in to a house. The neighborhood is great and I would recommended this place to anyone!!
The women in the office are a huge delight to have here. It is quite and peaceful. My dog enjoys walks around the place. Only draw back is the roads do need to be fixed and some of the children around here are not the best, but all in all, I enjoy my life here. Big hands for Kelly and Angela, live them to pieces
Depending on who is on the office depends on what rules are in place. I was told my medium sized dog was too big, however my friend with two extra large dogs were ok. Drug busts are a normal occurance on the weekends. They spend too much time and energy getting people to work on their "lawns" yet won't install any drainage or repair the roads. (Despite what they say about it being an old rice fields as cause for flooding, drainage is possible)
