Like i said so far it's great. No real issues yet but still waiting on the dishwasher they promised us! Spoke to Kelly about it and she has to talk to Lisa and the maintainance man> they promised my daughter!

All yall people are really over doing it. I live here now. I dont get bothered. Long as i pay my rent on time. Yeah there having maintence ppl issues at the moment i dont have any problems. If i need something done i talk too the maintence man my self. Advice i wouldnt live up front.. I live in the back and have friendly neighbors my kids play with both little girls i have for neighbors. I like it and so far havent had any issues
I've been living in this trailer park for close to a year. I have leaky pipes, a leak I'm my took, and none of the outlets in the kitchen work. I called and called and called but no one has EVER come out. And today I was told I have ZERO renters rights and they can enter my home anytime they want without my permission. Other residents have already had problems with maintenance still there medication and other things. I've had the main office hangup on me and yell at me.
