Had our first appointment today. Initially we had to call and reschedule as our daughter got sick,they were very flexible with us and had no issues. I've called multiple times to make sure I brought everything needed for appointment and they always answered and so pleasant. My husband took our 6 yr old for her first appointment and he said everything was great. That our daughter seemed to really take to it and he really liked the team. She came out in a cheerful mood.
