Do not go here. They give out dated test, missgender patients, and do not speak with you while getting your test completed. It takes to long (over 6 months) for the entire process. Overall horrible staff that do not care about you or your health.
Please use caution with this place. Ask questions especially about how much it will cost. Got a large bill afterwards. I called the office and they blamed my insurance- which by the way is very good insurance. When my daughter was tested- they lied in print out testing stating my daughter denied offer of several breaks and they only asked once. I am just trying to get her help. Don't believe testing is correct either. Very disheartening.
Sorry excuse for a professional office. My insurance was charged over $800 for this awful place to misdiagnose and gaslight me. Uncomfortable office and staff, zero focus on the patient. The other reviews speak for themselves.
I was working with Carissa from the Meadville office to get my Autism diagnosed, when she suddenly stopped returning my calls. I was told I was being 'transferred over' to Dr. Rob Iddings for my testing, but the date for the test passed by without me hearing anything from him or his office. I really need the diagnosis ASAP, but now they have two therapists leaving their practice for personal reasons and therefore do not have the staff, apparently. This is what I was told by a very sarcastic administrator.
Alice sacrificed a chunk of her Saturday morning to come into an otherwise empty clinic to meet with my son for an assessment. It was very obvious she has both a love for kids as well as a passion for what she does.
