Purchased a certified pre-owned Escalade and had a good experience dealing with Stan Powell. Fast forward 18 months, I have an issue with my lane assist feature and the windshield camera needs to be calibrated. Coulter Cadillac won't fix it saying that the windshield is not a GM windshield so the warranty won't cover it. The windshield is not a GM windshield bc it was replaced by the prior owner but this dealership is the one who certified it with that windshield in it! I have the documents to prove so. Complete package of professionalism
They have employees who care. I ran out of gas in the busy Camelback road, and was able to turn in and it was raining I spoke to someone who worked in the service area. He saw how it was raining and that I had my son and wife in the car, and he had a little gas can that had some gas. And have it to us and it was enough to get me to a gas station. The service department is horrible. They lie and say a loaner would be provided. When I arrived for a mandatory oil change, surprise surprise no loaner. Tried the fools again for a faulty display screen told the same thing. Surprise surprise no loaner despite bumper to bumper warranty. They lie to get you in and then talk down to you. Horrible
