I dropped in on a Friday afternoon thinking of buying an SUV. It was odd that I was in the showroom a good 5 minutes with no acknowledgement. I had to ask for help. The 5 salespeople that were all in sight called for another lady. Then she, for unknown reasons passed me off to a short younger man. Sure pleased with my new Cadillac XT6 and the really positive experience I had with all involved in the purchase process at Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix. Briefly, live in southern California and found my new car on Coulter’s website. This was the easiest and best car purchase experience ever. I came in off of an ad, and there was no “bait and switch” and no upselling. I told my sales rep Michael exactly what I wanted and he delivered exactly that for the price I expected. I’m impressed! Then he personally delivered the car to me the following day and spent an hour to make sure I knew how everything worked in my beautiful new Cadillac.
