I’m heartbroken. This is my second Cadillac and I have always used Coulter. Today, I experienced the worst customer service of my life. So disappointing when a business goes downhill.

I do not even know where to begin... I purchased a 2020 Cadillac XT5 one week ago, and the problems have begun since day one! The car is being sold as a new car, though it had 2050 miles on it as it was used as a loaner vehicle. I never test drove the particular vehicle, they delivered, but I did test drive an XT5. The sales staff is new and misleading in the information they provide while trying to lake the sale. the finance lady, Sarah Burt, is not an ethical person, amd when all was revealed there was little nor no concern. Manger Paul Glans was respectful to deal with. my wife and I very much regret our experience with this dealership but we do love the car. we just will never go back.
What a joke this place is, bought tires and a wheel alignment 14k miles ago 800 dollars and need new tires and an alignment again. If you want my honest opinion they never did the alignment in the first place. The tires wore out in the exact same manner as when i replaced the the first time then got the run around by the service manager telling me all kind of b.s. and tryed to make it feel as though it was my fault and had the nerve to tell me that the service tech that worked on my car no longer works there, gee i wounder w... read more
