They had my escalade for a week before they even looked at it. I contacted the service rep many times (Mia Luck) and would have to follow up a second time a day later to get her to communicate updates. The communication was terrible! The problem was an unresponsive touch screen. That is what I told her when I dropped it off. Took my car for warning lights 10/3/25 went over all known problems and it’s 10/18/25 3000 dollars later and problems still not fixed don’t take your car there for repairs have a Cadillac and they can’t fix it so better to go somewhere else to get repairs done
Prompt service and full explanation of need for service. Also provided savings on parts which is never expected from a dealership. Great job!!!
