My van got broken into and NRMA used these lot as their preferred mechanic but my god I would avoid at all costs. There is a chance that if you weren’t going through insurance they may be quicker but when I first got sent here I read the reviews stating cars were there for over two months and now I can say that happened to me too. Terrible. Steer clear from these people, took my car in to be accessed close to 2 months ago and they were chased up by myself and NRMA for the quote and still nothing. The receptionist said they had sent it through but “sometimes it doesn’t go through” knowingly it hadn’t been done. Manager is just rude and arrogant, feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with him
Really happy with the service. I had to make an NRMA claim and they inspected my car and got the repairs sorted very quickly. They organised a hire car for me while the work was being completed, and the whole job was finished within two days. As a bonus, my car was returned nice and clean. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience.
I wouldn't trust them with a child's Tonka truck. Appalling treatment of customers, dismissive attitudes, and placing customers under duress. Threatened to damage the vehicle without customer approval (threatened to drill into the bolt on the wheel, when the locknut was in the boot the whole time). I wouldn't send my worst enemy to these thieves. 3 years have past and NRMA and Coulson's still haven't repaired the damage to my car
