Can’t fault coulsons. Got onto repair immediately. Even got the car back fully detailed. Very friendly staff and were on top of my hire car before I even asked 10/10
Pretty dodgy. Just drove a friend car that came back from Coulson's on Friday afternoon. .first time it's rained since then and wiper blade has paint on it . I had to scrape it off. Girlfriends car was there last year and mine the year before both cars had clear coat all over the glass. Unfortunately they are nrma preferred. So had no choice but to use them. If you have a choice choose somewhere else.
I urge NRMA to remove Coulson's as a preferred repairer as every single negative review is similar to the experience I have had. After my not at fault rear end, Coulson's Body Repairs left me with: - unsealed boot, leaking rain to the interior - unmatched paint in multiple areas - dent in replaced panel - scratches in rear windscreen - dangling sensor - overspray and markings on plastic bumpers When presented with these dissatisfactions, not one person, including the CEO, has taken the time to apologise or acknowledge their ... read more
Don’t go there ……Worst service I ever had never recommend to anyone, rude and disrespectful people working at front, and if your repair is under insurance they will replace undamaged parts as well, very bad experience. I don’t understand why NRMA still keeps this rubbish repairer as their authorised repairer !!!
Did 2 different scrapes on 2 different days. I was not happy with myself as they were silly accidents. I suppose that’s why we pay for insurance for when you’re having a bad day or a bad week. Lucky for me NRMA approved repairer is Coulson. Their customer service is great. They communicate really well. Everything was so easy from dropping my car off, paying the excess & they organised my hire car for me. My car looks brand new again 🦋
