It is the very best dealership in central Ohio. I have been recommending them to my friends and people that ask about the KIA to anyone that stops and asks.
Service department and managers suck! Every time our car goes in it comes out worse for recalls ! Would not recommend anyone take anything to them and expect that they really fixed it ! I have in black and white saying they fixed something and yet you can clearly see on the car it was never done ! Then when you call up there they flat out lie and say that is not what was recalled!
Definitely will recommend Coughlin Kia to our friends and family!! Wonderful experience with Jim Miller and Don Bowers today for our 2016 Sorento!!! After our 2 hour drive to get there, we took delivery of our new vehicle in a very short time, thanks to the expedient service of the Coughlin Kia staff. Thanks so very much!!!!
Coughlin diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts an repaired my vehicle in much less time than expected. You guys do a great job and are very customer oriented. I really felt like someone who was cared for and not "just another customer." Very friendly and personable staff.
It was my first time using the service department after buying my car at another dealership in the area (I wish I had gone to another dealer for the purchase) and I am so much more impressed with the service I received here! Staff was friendly, service was speedy and there were no nasty surprises.
We purchased our new KIA Soul this past weekend and Roy Dawson and team done a outstanding job from start to finish. From the time we were first on the lot it was a no pressure approach we will definitely be return customers.
