Every occasion I've dealt with Coughlin Kia of Newark has been very positive! This last maintenance experience was no different. They've called and reminded at times they had estimated that I was due for an oil change. This is/was unnecessary but greatly appreciated! I have had no problem with the service department of the KIA or Chevy side of the dealership, Steve and Brad both I think have treated me very well....I hope...As far as the sales department I will never buy another car or truck from them. The salesman Lenny and the Sales manager they are out to fill their pocket and screw the customer... I bought a 2015 Buick from them and me being a trusting person they screwed me.... 3 months after i bought it the shocks crapped out on it and somebody had filled the front struts with grea... read more
