Bought my first Kia here! Immediately after I had issues with my battery. They got me in immediately, switched it out and they covered the cost of the battery even though it wasn't part of my warranty. Definitely coming back for all my service needs.

He is such a easy going person and he's willing work to get you what your looking for. I just turned in my 2014 Kia Sorento and Jim got me into a 2016. He rocks!

The service department sucks they can not fix a car if there lives depended on it service manager is an idiot went in for a rattle they couldn't fix that asked for new wiper blades they didn't do that ether place sucks ass I will be going to Columbus from now on
