We have a full service repair and custom design shop. Almost all work is done in house by our expert jeweler that has been with Couch's over 30 years with a four day or less turnaround on most repairs. We photograph each repair item and your precious jewelry is locked up safely in our safes every night for your peace of mind.

My dad bought a ring for my mom back in 1967 at couch’s while stationed in Anniston. As the the story goes a couch who was in the navy got served a milkshake (frap) in providence,RI by my dads aunt Margaret. Word got back to Anniston and my dad remembers the fondly the hospitality the couch family showed him.
