We have a full service repair and custom design shop. Almost all work is done in house by our expert jeweler that has been with Couch's over 30 years with a four day or less turnaround on most repairs. We photograph each repair item and your precious jewelry is locked up safely in our safes every night for your peace of mind.

I recently had 3 rings resized with Couch’s and they turned out beautifully. You can’t even tell anything was done to them at all. They were super fast, only took a few days. They cleaned them for me as well so they shine like crazy now. I’m a very happy camper.
I had a very good experience dealing with these fine folks. I highly recommend. They went above and beyond for me.

My experience was excellent!! I have been going to Couch’s several years, and every time they are the same polite, helpful, very professional people. They helped us pick out my engagement ring and bands. When I needed something for my granddaughter, they were very helpful in the decision in picking something for her. And they have cleaned and fixed necklaces or anything I needed done. I highly recommend Couch’s!!

My experience from start to finish was exceptional! I went in today to get a clasp fixed on my necklace, and while I was there Wes asked if I needed my ring cleaned and checked. He discovered that I was missing a prong and also gave me some advice that he thought would help with the other problem I've been having with my ring spinning on my finger, due to it being slightly too big.
