Staff were very friendly. Dr. Couch was very patient and explained his proscdure very cleaarly. Made me feel very comfortable.

After I checked in and was told that the hygienest would be notified that I was there, I was left and no one said another word to me for almost 30 minutes. It was very frustrating, and I was tempted to leave. If it wasn't so hard to get an appointment I would have left.
