As always, excellent care and staff with the latest technology for care. Although the hygienist is the best in the county, 1 hour for exam, full mouth xrays and cleaning doesn't seem like enough time for a thorough hygiene visit. The exam was very brief. This is the first time so much was put into this amount of time (that I can recall). You may want to reconsider the time allotted for a visit of this scope so I can get the maximum benefit of a thorough cleaning. thanks,

It was an emergency. I had no dentist in area. II was given an appointment for 430 pm. I did not call till after 2pm. Staff was real friendly.

My dental hygenist was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding my specific dental needs. Use of warm water during the cleaning made all the difference in my comfort and pain tolerance throughout the procedure.

My latest visit was for an unscheduled repair of a chipped tooth... I was pleased that you were able to squeeze me in that same day with Dr Couch... He was apologetic that I had to wait in the chair for 15 mins while instruments were being sterilized but that was not a problem to me - a small price to pay for an unscheduled visit!!! Many thanks!!!

I wish that your fees were more in line with what my insurance deems as reasonable costs. My high out of pocket costs are becoming a worry!

We wish it were that simple, we wish all insurance companies provided better coverage for our patients. Your particular plan bases their payments on a "Fee Schedule" or "Allowed Amounts". There is such a variety of dental plans out there. We actually have some of our Delta dental plans that pay 100% of our fees. The amount of benefit coverage is based on the type of plan chosen by the employer. Perhaps your employer could look into a different plan with better benefits.
