I have been a very satisfied customer of Couch & Hammond dentistry for over 20 years (back when it was just Bill Couch in the office) & may with great confidence tell everyone that 1. Nicest staff 2. Gentlest, most pain free techniques I've ever experienced 3. Honest 4. Up to date procedures 5. Extremely well-trained & talented Drs & hygenists.

We are always treated well and all of our dental needs are met. The kids don't mind going to the dentist. That's a bonus for Mom!!
I have had a positive experience when going to see Dr. Couch and Dr. Hammond. I do not like going to the dentist. It is uncomfortable because of jaw issues. The staff know this and treat me with the utmost care and consideration.
OMGosh! best dentist appointment ever! I had a bad experience 2 1/2 years ago and did not want to see a dentist again. I was in pain every time I bit down. Dr. Couch asked all the right questions and got right to the problem. Fixed it! Wow! I am smiling BIG! Thank you! I no longer fear the DENTIST. : )
I got in about 10 minutes late - which is typical. Then, I waited another 5-10 minutes while Chris finished paperwork (on the computer) from the previous patient, and prep'd for my cleaning. Then, toward the end of the cleaning, Chris stopped, did about 5-10 minutes of paperwork while I was waiting in the chair. Then she came back to me and finished up - which took about 5-10 minutes. I had a pleasant visit and I must say, the front office staff and back office staff that greeted me were professional. Being this was my first visit to Couch & Hammond, I was a little nervous, but soon realized this was the place for me. I was so pleased to have a new dentist and one that actually listened to me and then constructed a plan that suits my needs. I am looking forward to having a new smile on my face.
