Thanks to a referral from Haylee, I called this company. Mr. Johnny and Mr. Troy arrived at our home very quickly. Their assessment was thorough, the explanation was detailed, and they were PROFESSIONAL! Since our old plumber had retired, we had been holding our breath. After my father's funeral, we had visitors at my mother's house. The next day she started to have kitchen sink issues. Chose this company for their location and hoped they could do the job on a Saturday. They responded promptly, Josh did the work, cleaned up his mess and extended sincere condolences to my mother. Josh was so kind. They have restored my faith in humanity. We'll use them again not only for my mother but also for myself.
Shout out to Jason Cottrell and his team at Cottrell & Co. Plumbing - Sat. night, in the dark, fighting a tree root that broke into a sewer pipe. Digout and replacement later this week. But we now have flow, can flush and shower. VERY pleased.

Cottrell does great work. I insisted I needed a new hot water heater. They relit the Pilot light and said they would look for a scratch or sent to get me a better price. 6 months later they called w one at half price. Customer for life.
Not your average plumbing company! I called Cottrell out after a $150 water bill (usually$40) and Justin had me diagnosed and fixed in about 10 minutes. Great customer service and extremely fair prices for the amount of quality provided.
A trustworthy, and reliable company. They are not my plumbers for life! You can't do better than these guys.
