Facebookers: if you are looking for a plumber and/or HVAC tech in the Columbia/Lexington area, I highly recommend Cottrell & Co., Inc. Plumbing, Heating and Air! Not only has their Master Plumber, Anthony, fixed the terrible state another company left my bathroom in, he has also killed the copperhead he found in my yard today! Talk about A+ service! Please consider giving them a call if you need a great company to service your home. Remember, not all heroes wear capes. Some of them wear tool belts.

Very thankful that I called Cottrell & Co. to work on my clogged kitchen sink. Anthony arrived at the beginning of the appointment time window-which was awesome. He called first to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived, he put shoe covers on and cleaned up behind himself as he worked, and was super pleasant throughout his time here. He was very complimentary of his employer/owner. The best companies will tell you that they take good care of their people so their people take good care of their customers. I got that feeling. Thanks again Anthony and Cottrell and Co.

I had a crappy situation turn into a wonderful experience! I had plumbing issue and Josh , a master plumber , came after hours. I am a " mans man " and had already vigorously tried to unclog the pipe myself with no luck. Josh was polite and confident. I could tell that come 9 PM the clog was proven to be a task, but he did not give up. I have lived in our new house for less than 3 weeks and was FREAKING OUT ! We had already discussed him coming back in the AM , but he got back to work and hearing my toilet flush a few minutes later was like a live orchestra , Music to my ears ! I would recommend these guys for ANY of your plumbing needs !!

Honest, knowledgeable, and meticulous are only a few traits that this company has demonstrated immediately! Cameron responded within minutes and came to service our unit the same day! Once the work was completed, they even opened all the windows and setup fans to relieve the smoke in the house so that it would not affect the children.They truly make you feel safe and taken care of... a company like this is very hard to find!! They offered the best prices, service, and reliability after working with other companies, I am so glad we found them.Thank you Cameron and Bobby for all your time and dedication!
