RecommendedThese guys impressed me and I am not impressed easily. Jason is very down to earth, professional, and most importantly to me, honest. The guys that came out and worked on our place were very efficient and personable. Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice. I will be using them again in future projects and I will most definitely be recommending them to others!
Can’t say enough about this company!! I’ve used their plumbing service twice and, most recently, had my AC repaired. All three experiences were great! Each time, they were punctual, kind, and worked hard to diagnose and repair the problem (even fixing things that had been done poorly by previous companies). They wore shoe covers inside on my carpet and cleaned up after themselves when finished. Will continue to use them!!

service call to fix a non running Rinnai Tankless water heater. code 14. came out and said unit was not worth fixing need to just replace a 6 yr old unit. 2 pin holes in 1 copper pipe to burner. Told unit was installed in wrong place on house and gas line that they installed 6 yrs ago was also wrong. Replacement cost would have been in the $2400 to $3000 range. they left and googled symptoms and checked machine myself and found that a 2 wire connector for the gas switch was corroded. skinned back wire and reconnected them an... read more
Sunday evening (7PM) they had a specialist at my home within 20 minutes of my initial call. It might’ve been less than that. My unit was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Bobby came back out Monday to replace a part and ensure everything was running properly. Can’t thank him enough! Explained the problem, advised what he was going to do to fix it and then fixed it. I won’t call anyone else from here on out.
This company is how all plumbing companies should strive to be. On time, quality work, and fair prices. Will be using Cottrell for all of my future plumbing needs and passing on their name to anyone else in the Cola metro area!
Josh came out and narrowed down the issue quickly. The whole process was easy and will definitely use these guys in the future.
