We have been handcrafting flavorful, traditional beers in Pawcatuck, CT since long before the craft beer revolution. In 1997, we rolled the first keg of Old Yankee Ale, a full bodied Amber Ale with a citrus finish, down our street to the local pub, CC O'Brien's. From the beginning, we've used only fresh, natural, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of Yankee Pride to give our beers great flavor, body and depth. haven't been in awhile only because it is a long ride but i do try and make it twice a year. The people are always sociable the beet is great my favorite is the mystic bridge 4 of us go on a saturday afternoon brewery tour hit 3 makes a good afternoon cottrell is always on the list

This place is great! Superior brew and bartender Shelly is amazing... always a great time there. I highly recommend Cottrell. You have to try it!!!!
