Ive had alot of dental work done in my life. I was always happy with this facility and dentist. However, recently i cant give this dentist a good review. He was rough, and inexperienced.
I was one of the fortunate veterans to receive free dental care on Saturday, August 19, 2017. In all my years (I'm 74) of going to health care facilities I have never been treated with so much kindness and respect. I'm not a patient of CMD&O but I had full X-rays, a thorough cleaning and a much need extraction in less that 2 1/2 hours.
I'm 69, and required an extraction and subsequent permanent bridge on the upper right. All the procedures during my visits went very smoothly. Aside from the finished "product," I want to comment about the people with whom I came in contact. New to this area where my wife and I are settling into retirement, I was apprehensive about a new dentist. At this facility, I found each and every person warm, engaging, and helpful. Very nice people..professional in every way..My grand daughter also goes here. She used to be afraid of the dentist, but not now. They took the time to talk to her and made her feel very relaxed.
Haven't been to the dentist in ages, but was happy to learn only one tooth needed work, and it was done the same day. Everyone is enthusiastic, courteous and professional.
