We offer FREE high speed internet, FREE WIFI, FREE onsite laundry, FREE cable TV. We have also remodeled our apartments to have better furniture and even 2 fridges in every apartment.

I love Cottonwood. Everyone here is super nice and frendly, and the management is great! Its a hidden gem. The only thing that would make it better if it had free laundry ( it is still only a dollar).
Cottonwood Apartments is just a great place where I can feel at home away from home. The people are great, management is great, and the location is pretty spot on. Love it!
I loved my time at Cottonwood. The social atmosphere was great! There were BBQ's and other fun events throughout the semester. Its an amazing deal for the price.
Cottonwood was the party spot for the down to earth kids. Such a good value there.
