Cottonwood apartments is the place to be! Its completely affordable, has free laundry, 2 fridges in each apartment(which is a huge help when you live with 5 people.) The spacious courtyard is good for volleyball and BBQs, and i love how much room is in each apartment. Oh yeah, there are new sofas in the lounge and game room. Those that live at Cottonwood are laid back, down to earth people, my kind of people. The managers are super helpful and kind too. If you are looking for BYUI approved housing, start here.
Cottonwood is great I love it. Management is great and they work with you on getting things done and their actually pretty chill. The ward is great too probably one of my favorites. The social environment is actually awesome too everyone is actually pretty friendly. Also ita not that far of a walk from campus either if you just set time you'll be fine. I recommend it to anyone and also with all the discounts you can get its super cheap.
Cottonwood is such an amazing complex to live at for so many reasons. The people are great, the ward is amazing, management is always so willing to help you out, great storage space, two fridges and free laundry, what more could life offer you! Come live at Cottonwood!
Cottonwood is my home! The amount of living space is amazing for the price we pay, and the layout of the complex makes it super easy to connect with friends. The community feeling here makes it super down to earth, and There's always opportunities to hang out. The courtyard is perfect for basically everything (especially hammocking). The management is super cool and really understanding of the struggles students go through, and make sure we are taken care of!
Cotton wood is a great environment. The layout is perfect for mingling and everyone is friendly and interactive. It's affordable and recently added another fridge and free laundry. Management has always been helpful and willing to work with you to resolve any issues. It's close to campus and Brolums and main street with all its advantages. You'd need to find another apartment in a great ward, with a great layout, and extremely affordable to even tempt me to change locations. (Not very likely)
Cottonwood is a great lower cost place to live, chill management and good amenities for what you pay.
This place is great! Easy to find and easy to navigate around. Good location close to BYU-Idaho's Campus.
