We offer FREE high speed internet, FREE WIFI, FREE onsite laundry, FREE cable TV. We have also remodeled our apartments to have better furniture and even 2 fridges in every apartment.

They play favorites. I get hassled if my payment is a day or two late yet I have a "roommate" who halfway through the semester still hasn't paid for the current semester nor the time she was there between semesters. We see how you feel these things are unjust. If people come and comunicate with us, we can work to make accommodations. Action has been in the process for the past couple weeks and was finalized on Monday regarding the roomate situation. The company doesnt allow freeloaders; action will always be taken. I love living here at Cottonwood! It is one of the cheapest options in Rexburg, but you get more than what you pay for. There is lots of storage, a great layout, a game room, a lounge, two fridges, and plenty of open space. Everyone here is so friendly and the management is so kind and willing to help me with any of my concerns. I 100% recommend living here!

I absolutely love Cottonwood! It is located at a convenient place, not too far from campus and right off main street. There's plenty to do within walking distance, which is really nice when you don't have a car. The courtyard out front is a nice place to have gatherings, especially with weather warming up. I enjoyed my time here it is nice the housing is good the manager is great and the people are friendly.
I really like how friendly everyone is here! The whole complex is super fun and I love how much it feels like home �� definitely staying here again!
