No parking. Expect door dings. Homeless people go through dumpsters daily. Guests can not park in parking lot after 5 pm. They will be towed. Easter Sunday homeless man sleeping in entry way of building.. Fire works almost 24/7 whole month of July. Complained to Echo. She said if she ran in to them she would say say something.. if you have a choice don’t do it! Parking lot is always snow packed.
RecommendedVery nice grounds , the staff was very helpful and nice . I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Also the apartments were very well kept and clean . Great place to live .
Cottonwood for one overcharge for rent, for two there very poor Management. Moved in to the apartment with stuff not even fully finished, oh Gotten my car completely keyed and eco just said sorry we have cameras that don’t work, then roofers came and put two nails in my tires and one I already fixed and but eco still doesn’t care. And they should be the one fixing my car considering it’s there complex. There never any parking alway got to park my car at river bend. These apartments are very good for the price. Lived here 5 years and have nothing but great experiences!! Echo the leasing manager is awesome and staff is always friendly.

My fiancée and I have lived at Cottonwood for a year now and have happily just renewed our lease. The management is very helpful and always friendly. Whenever we have had any issues we can call Echo and they have maintenance there the same day or the next day to have it fixed. The only issues we have had is parking is very crowded and if you come later you will have to park on the ends and some of the apartments are a bit outdated. Overall I would recommend anybody to come stay here and I'm sure you will love it.
I will give more stars once the dog in apartment 805-16 is either controlled or removed. It barks non-stop when its owner is not home and when the owner is home, she does nothing to discourage its barking. Otherwise, I love it here! UPDATE: The problem with the dog has been solved it seems. Whether it was my note on the door or management letting her know about the barking, it has stopped!
