Dr Holmes was my OB and pediatrician. I loved him. I would recommend him to anyone!
This is a fantastic office filled with caring doctors, nurses, and PAs. I trust them with the care of my entire family. We have been going to this office for 9 years. Dr. Holmes has delivered all five of my children. He takes great care of my family. He is humble and thorough and kind. Boyd Tanner is an incredible PA. He is very thorough, kind, and compassionate.

This office deserves a perfect score!!! Whoever leaves less than 5 stars I want nothing to do with!!! Those people are obviously unhappy human beings that will Never be happy with who their poor doctor is at the moment. I have at least a dozen stories of how the doctors, secretaries, nurses, and everyone that works at Cottontree Family Practice has went above and beyond to provide my immediate family and extended family with quality care!
I have been receiving excellent primary care at Cottontree since I moved to Utah 5 years ago. The doctors have been patient, compassionate and capable as they provided care for myself, my baby and my 3 college age kids.
