Extremely happy with my dealings with Cottman; from the first phone call to the free assessment to the same day service and the very competitive prices. They were very friendly and accommodating. Really can't ask for more or recommend them more highly. Plus I know they are honest because I thought my transmission needed work and they said it didn't, just fresh fluid.
Jeremiah was so friendly and amazing. He looked at my car and confirmed I would need a new transmission, thankfully I had a warranty at my dealership to cover it. Jeremiah didn’t even charge me for his time to look at it. Had I not had a warranty I most certainly would have left it in his hands to fix. He was very knowledgeable and great at explaining the issues to me.
I really appreciated this place today! Very professional, honest, and got me in and out in short notice. Didn’t even charge me to look at my car!
