Verified Renter My wife and I have been here over over 2 months and it was a big disappointment to be honest. There are ants in the apartment; kitchen sink only has hot water; moles grow back in the bathtub in the master bedroom as it was only painted over, and it is clogged.

Amazing Amenities Looking for a nice place close to downtown Edmond, this is the place to move. They are walking distance from so many resturants, and literally across the street from Memorial High School. The grounds are well kept, and there is always something to do here.

Amazing grounds! The grounds at this place always look great! The office takes pride in how their community looks. (Of course that is hard to do with Oklahoma winds sometimes lol) But they are quick to get it looking nice as soon as they are able. And don't get me started on their dog park! Who has dog parks nowadays? That is very much needed for the fluffy family memebers

Love the upgrades The apartments have been going through some amazing upgrades. The new look definitely speaks volumes on the care of making this property last as long as possible! Maintenance is top notch and the office staff is so sweet to the residents!

Love it here I was in a huge bind because an apartment with another complex fell through so I needed to find something fast! I am beyond grateful that I was able to find something quick and easy. The lady at the front desk was so kind, she helped me through the application process, she showed me multiple units around the property to see which styles fit me better and on top of that the property is very clean, quite and family friendly. Great apartments see sharday grateful for all her help.
Literally Such An Amazing and Beautiful Place to Live!! I have been living here for quite some time now and honestly things have never been better since new management came in. Alexander, Jazmine, Amber and the rest of the team are beyond amazing in ensuring our stay here at VV&M is almost near perfect.
