I was blatantly... (Verified Renter) I was blatantly lied to so that would deter me somewhat from recommending and the false advertising of the granite counter tops on the website, even though most of the units don't actually have them.

Love Cottage Trails.... (Verified Renter) Love Cottage Trails. Its a well kept, quiet & friendly community. We’ve never had any issues with our neighbors. The grounds and property is well maintained and the staff is pleasant. I couldn’t have picked a better community to live as I relocated to VA.
