Well-managed, safe apartment... (Verified Renter) Well-managed, safe apartment units. Friendly, professional staff. Very responsive to repairs and getting necessary things done. Although I am one person, Ingot the two bedroom because there was considerable more square footage for not so much more cost. This is an appealing reason to recommend this apartment to family or friends. I?ve only been here a few weeks but love it so far.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community to others that have the money to spend, as the price is a bit high. Other than price, this is a quiet and comfortable community with nice amenities.
The neighborhood is... (Verified Renter) The neighborhood is so beautiful!!!! It offers such a peaceful environment for the entire family.
I am in... (Verified Renter) I am in the middle. The increase in rates and even the prior rate for this location I think is a tad absurd. The apartments are nice though but I could pay this price for the same quality and be in a much more convenient location. Also some of the residents here are not very respectful of the community and its amenities.
I would because... (Verified Renter) I would because it is a nice community. I would be apprehensive because the utility is a part of the rent and should be separated. The washer and dryer should come with the apartment. The storage should not be added to the rent. The rent should be a separate bill.
Lots of extra... (Verified Renter) Lots of extra fees that are super expensive. Lots of unsavory kids hanging around after dark. Dog area not well maintained, could use lighting for after dark poopy pickup and to ward off unsavory people who loiter there.
