My sister has been living in the Cottages for almost three years now. They are always welcoming to our family visits. They are also so helpful with anything my family needs. I’ve spent a few days with my sister and we had so much fun at the pool! I highly recommend living at Cottage Landing! I can’t wait to go to college and live at Cottage Landing!
I have friends who stay in the cottages, and it seems to be a great place to live. The workers are very involved and care a lot about their residents
My sister lived here a few years ago and I now have friends that live here currently. The complex is very welcoming and the staff is always super friendly. If I went to ULL I would for sure live here. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants the best living experience for college students.
Cottage Landing is a great place for college living. The gated community has installed alarm system in every cottage which leaves me knowing I’m safe here. Its also just a walk away to campus! Which is extremely important because most parking spots are over $200. I’m thankful for the computer lab as well, it’s open 24/7 and has free printing! I love the cottages and am so happy I live here!
Scummy company If I could give negative stars I would. They Lock you in a lease and do not give you the option to buyout. Was originally moving to Lafayette to attend ULL so I was looking for a place to stay a year in advance. I called them and they said that I needed to sign a few documents to get on a waiting list to have the chance of getting an apartment. Months go by and I run into financial complications and am unable to afford going to ULL and an apartment with it. I tried to terminate the lease and they say that they... read more
Cottage Landing overall is a great place to live. This will be my second year living in Cottage Landing. The overall atmosphere is amazing and is very welcoming. I like how it is close to campus so I don’t have to worry about paying for a parking spot. I also like how it’s like individual houses so you don’t have to worry about loud neighbors. The staff is amazing.l as well. I would definitely recommend living in Cottage Landing!
