avoid them like the plague Just sad and shady management. Will do anything to get you to sign a lease and give them your money. Lied to me more times than I can even count at this point. If i could afford a lawyer I promise I would win a law suit. Just live somewhere else, There’s much better places for much cheaper
I love living here! I moved here in the fall and just renewed my lease for another year! The staff here is fantastic and they all know the residents by name! If there’s ever an issue, they are always happy to help and get things done quickly! I cannot recommend this place enough!
I have enjoyed living at Cottage Landing! All of the people here are super friendly and make it feel like home! I love that my cat can live here with me! Great place!
Love this place!!!! Everyone should live here if they get the chance!! I moved in in the fall and definitely will be renewing my lease for next year! The staff is extremely nice and cares about what the residents want changed! This is the nicest college living option in Lafayette #liveinluxury
Cottage Landing is the perfect place to live during college. The staff is very friendly, and they make you feel at home! If any maintenance issues arise, they are always on top of it!

This place has the SWEETEST staff, along with the most beautiful cottages. I feel safe in the gated community, and I always get to come home to my own spacious room and bathroom! This place really is the best in college living!
I love living at cottage landing! It's so close to campus with safe walking paths. We get our own house, kitchen, and even our own personal bathroom! I definitely recomend living here, it's the best student living off campus!
Everything is so great here! They take care of their residents and the apartments are so nice!
