I absolutely would recommend to anyone to live here! It is my home away from home! I’ve met so many new people living here and the staff are some of the kindest people. I’ve lived here for 2 years and of course renewed for a third!!

My roommates and I love it here! The proximity to campus along with having your own house rather than an apartment make it a great place to live. The community area also has whatever you need from printers, to entertainment, to a fitness center. Overall a great place to live!
Cottage Landing is a great place to live at in college. As a student, the property gives you everything you need. It is also very close to campus and gated! I've met some of my best friends living at CLL!
I love being able to have an actual house, with a yard for my puppy at that! I've been here going on a year and a half and I truly think it's the best place to live off campus and definitely waaaaay more affordable than on campus living. it's only about an 8 minute bike ride to campus with very safe paths through the surrounding neighborhoods. Cottage landing is fantastic! It’s only a 10 minute walk from campus and the cottages are a great size. They always take care of their residents!! Highly recommend living there!!!
The facilities are so nice and clean. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, I absolutely love living here! The staff is so nice as well, and they are there to help you and are super friendly.
