Cottages of Aspen are under new management for almost a year now. There have been changes. As expected we Seniors are now responsible for our own energy bills. However, we now have professional lawn care/snow removal and I have seen other much needed major repairs happening around the complex.. The staff has been left in place.. I personally am glad to see Todd still here, he is a fixture in this community. I'll continue to update..
My grandmother lives here. I hate that she feels like she needs to take care of her lawn - sometimes the grass gets VERY long. Her lawn is one of the best in the complex, and rightfully so. But keep it nice and short for her, and her neighbors, please!
