Exceptional Customer Service – I purchased an engagement ring from an online jeweler, and when I received the ring I noticed the diamond was not the same quality I had anticipated. I needed to get another opinion from a local jeweler, and Dave at Cottage Hill helped me resolve a very difficult situation, with a ring I had not even purchased from Cottage Hill! I just LOVE this small town Jeweler! – I went to Cottage Hill Diamonds looking for a gift and while I was shopping, Dave offered to clean and inspect my rings for free. After he cleaned them, he noticed that a prong was loose and they repaired it on the spot, while I waited! THAT is what Customer Service is all about. They remember my name, the staff is friendly and the quality of jewelry is exceptional. If you are looking for a "rock bottom" deal, go to a big name store... You'll get "rock bottom" jewelry too.
Horrible place of business – Horrible customer service.Went to look at engagement rings with my boyfriend and when we asked Norman if they offer any kind of discount he said not here we have the best prices in Chicago we never discount anything !Well let me say "you don't have the best prices".You should actually shop around more and you would find better prices than you have at your store.
