Our salesman was great. Super nice; however, they tried to tell us we needed a trip permit and the tags are good until next year. Then we get new plates and tags in the mail, which we were charged for. Again the the tags are good until next year. My husband called and they won't refund the money for them. He asked for free oil changes and they said they would call him back but never have. We purchased a 2014 fully loaded Sahara. I love the jeep but I will never recommend them. Poor customer service.
