If I could give zero stars I would . I've taken my truck there around 7 or 8 times only to have the same issue pop up repeatedly . The most recent time I was told I could go to ********** and the truck will be fine ,but that was a lie because it couldn't even take a 4 hour drive (to and from) ******** .
I traded a car 3 years ago my salesman was Jeremy Ralston. I called him today wanting to upgrade my car again. I didn't find what I was looking for today. But Jeremy is going to keep looking for me. I called Jeremy Ralston because when he helped me 3 years ago and I remembered, how helpful he was. Jeremy was upfront and honest. He treated me like one of the guys (not to be gender specific). I bought a jeep out of state and cottage Grove dealership generously offered to have it transferred to their store in cottage Grove which was much closer to my home Jeremy the salesman treated me with kindness and respect even though there was no monetary gain to the dealership at all.
They were great to deal with. Honest about the pricing and quick to respond to my questions. Overall a wonderful experience
