We have a Jeep dealership within walking distance from our house, yet after some initial contacts with them, we drove two hours to buy our Jeep Patriot here. From the first contact with Farren by phone until we drove away in our new vehicle it was all so easy. Everything they told us on the phone was true and accurate. They gave us exactly the deal we wanted. No haggling. We would use this dealership again.

My good experience turned into a not so great experience. Went to Cottage Grove Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram looking for a truck. Found a really good looking and affordable used truck. I was very happy with the vehicle, very clean inside and out with great mileage. Noticed there was a little miss in the motor while we were taking it for a test drive. You could barely notice it. They said their service department would take care of it. Took it in a week or so later for new plugs and a coil pack as part of my purchase. It ran well ... read more
