I rented a car that ended up with a nail in it. It was late and the only place open was costco to help. Blake was so very helpful with looking at the tire and giving us option. And when he couldn't help he did some seaching of other places that might be able too provide us with the tire we need. Then he took the spare off and put the donut on it. Very speedy service and kind. I appreciate everything they could do for us!

I purchased my tires from costco because of the warranty. I called this tire shop and explained to them that I ha ran over a nail and had to put a plug in the tire. When I dropped the vehicle off I explained to them that it was the driver side rear tire and there was a plug in it. Ordered new tires and had to wait over 10 days for an appointment, i understand that can be normal, but then when I took the tires to be installed, they left me wait for over an hour just to tell me they couldn't get one of the tires off and start explaining a bunch of non sense, and how i need to set up an appointment with a mechanic to get the tire off the car... so I left and start calling mechanics, then i was lucky enough to find a certified mechanic to look at the car.... the mechanic looked at the car, was able to rem... read more
