I bought my new michelin tires with a good deal. Very good service.
Their customer service is horrible and the staff at the tire shop are totally unmotivated to provide help. I purchased tires from Costco and made an appointment for installation. I arrived 4 minutes late and they made me to book a new appointment and ended up waiting for 2 hours to have tires mounted.
The customer service and upfront affordable pricing at the tire center is well worth the cost of a Costco membership. I called another tire place and they quoted me $200 more for the same tires and I didn't feel like haggling. I worked with Hector and Isaiah and they were top notch. I screwed up my tire order, so Hector walked me into the store to help me with the store credit I needed to purchase the correct tires.
