This pharmacy needs a complete overhaul in its processes. They repeatedly do not fill prescriptions even when you check them out in the online account. They will send you a text that your prescription is ready and you arrive to find out it has not been filled. I had my scripts filled in Dartmouth for years without any problems, but the Halifax store has major issues since I transferred over I would not recommend you get your prescriptions filled here
So so rude. One pharmacist tried to talk me out of taking birth control because of her own beliefs on it??? And the front counter staff are just plain rude and incompetent. Especially Elaine. I’ve left this pharmacy on the verge of tears more than once.
40 MINUTES to go in, pick up a prescription, talk to a pharmacist and leave. Extremely short on staff.
