My husband and I purchased tires from Costco and it was a very pleasant experience. Very easy, just make an appointment take the car in the tires were put on very quickly and the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. We were told to bring the car back in after driving 25 miles to have the Lug nuts checked, just for safety sake. Again, it was very easy and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The entire experience was a pleasure.
COMING TO COSTCO WESTLAKE VILLAGE IN LINDERO CYN IS JUST LIKE COMING HOME FROM THE FRONT ENTRANCE TO THE PHARMACY IS ONLY BUT THE GREATEST FILLING EVERY BODY HUGS AND KISSES AND SAY HELLO BY OUR NAMES IT IS SO MUCH FUN AND CARE IN EVERY ONE....... I was only there for lunch that's why I only give it 4 � s . good service and clean tables .
Had a tire issue, and in a pinch Costco is the only one who had a Michelin for sale on Sunday. Not only that, but they were actually cheaper than TireRack, which is unheard of. I was in and out in about an hour. The only thing that I would say is that they didn't check if the tire was fully seated, and I'm glad I spotted that, as they were pulling the car out. They fixed it immediately though, so no harm done
Love this Costco. Much better than Simi and Oxnard. The return policy makes risk taking easy!
