Spent more than an hour shopping at Costco. When I reached the billing counter they said their systems are down so have to pay by cash or check. I had to leave the things behind. Disgusting! They don't have any back up system. Costco is even increasing their membership fee this year. For what?

Been a member of Costco for 11 years. Never had an issue. Today I purchased some of their Quinoa Salad. The family was eating it and noticed that our intermittent bites seemed to be extremely crunchy and sharp. After about 7 or 8 bites each, we spit it out and found a couple very very small glass shards. I called the Westlake Store after hours and they did not seem to take it very seriously. Your employees arr very rude to people.. we livenin westlake but prefer the costco in simi they are more friendly and dont treat people they are nothing... get over yourselves and learn some flippin customer service ... I mean really ! �
