I love this Costco, Im always in and out. I don’t know how they do it. But my check out time is always quick.

It was my first time at Costco ever & first time applying for membership. I would say that Dennice was beyond rude & has horrible customer service skills. I almost left, but I really needed to get my contacts the day of my visit. The only reason why I rated this a 5 is because Justin D in the contacts/glasses department was extremely helpful & has great customer service skills. I was very put out because pharmacist was on lunch break and they could tell I was put out waiting for 15 minutes for his return. HOWEVER they gave me my RX free as a result of my inconvenience. I still think I will be switching back to Walgreens where the longest time I have ever waited was 5 minutes! Sorry Costco but you really need to have 2 pharmacist if you want to be a real pharmacy!
We love Costco! The warehouse is always clean and organized. The employees are kind and always willing to help. We do most of our shopping at Costco because customer service and the quality of the products you offer are simply top notch.
