For the Costco optical department. Totally disorganized. No "line", people just waiting all around the counter. My husband was waiting behind 2 other people, one was waited on, the technician asked who was next, my husband pointed to the other guy and said "He was next, and I was after him." Then a manager said "the line is over there-a bunch of people moved over there immediately losing my husband and the other guys place. Great trip to Costco in Katy! Got everything I needed and a treat! Love the Rotisserie Chicken , Being a Senior, I can get 3 meals+ from 1 Chicken, including a Pot of Soup!
No Customer Service.. was completely blown off today when trying to make a suggestion.. The chicken area is totally disgusting and the packages are sticky with thawing / leaking bags of chicken. the suggestion was to put in some anti-bacteria lotion and maybe some paper towels.. The supervisor tried to BS me.. its only water.. on what planet is water Sticky! Gross... I guess Costco does not take suggestions from paying members!
